Education Committee Update – March 2016

OYA: OYA recipients were sent letters asking them to write an essay of up to 500 words on where they expect their lives to be in 10 years. Deadline for the essays will be March 31, 2016.

COLLEGE NIGHT: The committee would like to offer the student in North Brevard an opportunity to visit with representatives from Florida Colleges. It was decided there should be a sub-committee to meet after school is out. Dates for the summer meetings will be June 10, 2016 and July 15, 2016. We will be looking for a venue for this event.
