Governmental Affairs Update – February 2018

The Governmental Affairs Committee met on Thursday, February 15, 2018.  The committee, led by chairman Al Taylor (Coldwell Banker Coast Realty – Al Taylor), discussed the following:

1. The Florida Constitution Revision Commission Proposal 97: Amendment or Revision Election
2. The Joint Legislative Agenda and key issues talking points from the 2018 Tallahassee trip.
3. The passing of the House Ways and Means Committee Tax package Lowering Florida-Only business rent tax.
