Construction continues on Titusville Resort and Destination as the project progresses into phase 2. Currently, underground utilities and storm water retention are being installed on the property, along with basic infrastructure.
The construction is part of an initiative to turn the former Titusville Mall into a bustling town center, featuring a six-story, 153-room Cambria hotel, a seven-story apartment complex featuring 240 apartments, a clubhouse, and a courtyard pool, a six-story building consisting of 100 independent senior assisted living facilities and 20,000 square feet of retail space, two out parcel restaurants, and 110,000 square feet of retail, office, and medical space.
Along the Indian River Lagoon, just west of the Kennedy Space Center, the American Police Hall of Fame and Museum (APHF) stands as a steadfast reminder of the sacrifices made by those who choose to wear the badge and protect their communities. These hallowed grounds will undergo major changes over the next few years as the museum invests over $55 million into projects that include a complete make-over of the existing facility, as well as the addition of three new buildings, and high-tech innovations to help tell the police officers’ story.
