Titusville Area Visitors Council Update – June 2016

June was a great month of accomplishment for the Titusville Area Visitors Council (TAVC).  In addition to the release of the new Chamber website in May, and – with it – new tourism pages, the Chamber also published new rack cards under the Launch From Here theme.  The rack cards were distributed to 5 Visit Florida Welcome Centers throughout the state and placed with the City of Titusville, Chamber members and tourism partners who will help raise the visibility of Titusville as a vacation hot spot.  Coincidentally, Titusville experienced a year-to-year, Heads in Beds increase of 18% over the last 2 months.

TAVC members are encouraged to explore the new website and update their profile pages and contribute compelling images and information about their establishments that can be displayed throughout the site.  The committee believes new information, social media tools and resources on the site will reach potential tourists across platforms and devices, and drive traffic to Titusville for vacationing.
