Local businesses bring so much to our community. When you shop at a local business, you are supporting a neighbor. Local businesses help our community thrive, they support schools and charitable organizations – and the more you spend with local businesses, the more money that stays in and circulates through the community.

This year’s Shop Local Initiative kicks off on Small Business Saturday November 27th and runs through Friday, December 10th.

Don’t miss the chance to support your favorite local businesses and make sure they are here for you in the future.

November 27th is the start of Countdown to Christmas – our annual tradition of spotlighting local businesses and rewarding shoppers for supporting them.

Watch here and on our social channels as we SPOTLIGHT LOCAL BUSINESSES every day at 10 AM, Noon, and 2 PM.

Maybe you’ll learn about a business you didn’t even know existed. Or perhaps you will find inspiration for the perfect gift for someone on your shopping list.

Here’s where it gets FUN! Every time you shop local between November 27th and December 10th, we want you to enter our Countdown to Christmas Drawing!

That’s right, EVERY DAY we will reward a local shopper…….for just shopping local!
We’ve got prizes galore – from gift cards to gift baskets to give away. We’ll draw a random name at 9:00 AM each day and someone will win a package valued at $50 or more!

Every purchase at a local business is another entry in the contest—so don’t forget to register.
We’ll conclude the campaign with our Grand Prize Drawings at the Holiday Street Party on Friday, December 10th….three lucky people will win a $200, $300, or $500 VISA Gift Card to help them wrap up their holiday shopping. Imagine what you could do with a little extra cash at this time of year. Like we said at the beginning…..when you shop local, we all win!
