January 13, 2020 – The Lunar New Year celebration is a good opportunity for quiet reflection on the events of the prior year and to welcome the Lunar New Year. Zen Master Venerable Thich Tam Thien, Ph.D. invites you and your family to join the celebration.

About White Sands Buddhist Center

The Center is open to the public, and you are welcome to visit from dawn to dusk. White Sands features the three largest granite statues of the Buddha in the state of Florida on its grounds. Meditation services are held every Sunday, morning from 10:00 am to 12:00, which is given in both English and Vietnamese. Guests are invited to join in. On Wednesdays, from 11:00 am, public volunteers are invited to come participate in our weekly grounds-keeping activities.
