September 16, 2022 – Enchanted Forest Sanctuary is a beautiful place to take a leisurely hike through an unspoiled old Florida wilderness, but it’s also a locale for lots of fun events, like these.

NATIVE PLANT SALE: Sat. Sept 17th at 9 a.m. – The Florida Native Plant Society will be on hand to offer up an assortment of native plants to spruce up your lawn while supporting wildlife.

FOREST FUNDAY: Sun. Sept. 25th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Here’s an intriguing description; learn about weather through weather-based activities. Well, all right! Let’s do it. Confused? Call 321-264-5185.

CREEPY CRAWLY CRITTER NIGHT: Sat. Oct. 15th from 5:30 p.m to 9 p.m.  – The notice doesn’t say this event is for kids, but if we had to guess… Grab your costume and join us for an evening filled with critters. There will be games. crafts, education booths. animal talks, live animals. and a glow trail. Registration required, visit the web address below to register. TAI CHI AT THE FOREST: Every Sat. in Sept. from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – This one sounds great, practicing an ancient Asian discipline surrounded by old growth Florida trees, oooohm my. Join instructor Kate Perez for a beginner-level class on the porch. Loose-fitting clothing and a water bottle are recommended. Registration required no later than the day before class.
