BY THE SEA, BY THE SEA…
Playalinda Beach is one of the most natural and beautiful beaches on the East Coast, with miles of shoreline for walking, fishing and enjoying the lapping waves.
Playalinda Beach is part of the Canaveral National Seashore, the longest stretch of undeveloped Atlantic Coastline in Florida. Depending on the time of the year you visit, you may be able to participate in a nighttime sea turtle walk or catch the hatchlings rushing to the sea at dawn.
Playalinda Beach is at the southern end of Canaveral National Seashore nearest rocket launch pads. There are vehicle pull off areas to view the freshwater ponds and famous launch pads 39A and 39B.
